Mailbox Monday(A little late)

Hello everyone! In case you haven't noticed, I have been posting quite a bit today. I am trying to get caught up! I have several reviews to write and some posts I am behind on. I have been so busy though! My allergies have kicked in and are driving me nuts and at the same time I am trying to finish up school and prepare for graduation. So much to do, so little time it seems! Only 6 weeks until graduation - hurrah!

I received 13 books in the mail in these past two weeks - most of them coming from swaps I did over at Amber's blog!
There are so many that I won't be writing about them all - I will just give you a list. I have school to do, a movie that longs to be finished(Wives and Daughters), and a book calling my name(Wounded Spirits)! Enjoy!

Mailbox Monday

Hey y'all! I'm trying to get back in the groove of things and keep up with my scheduled posting, so bear with me!
Here is my bi-weekly Mailbox Monday post!

Hollywood Nobody (Hollywood Nobody Series, Book 1)Hollywood Nobody made it into my mailbox recently. I look forward to reading this one, as I've never read a book by this author! A review will be coming soon!

The Mountains Bow Down (A Raleigh Harmon Novel)
I was pleasently surprised to find this one! I enjoyed The Clouds Roll Away, another in the Raleigh Harmon series, and I really look forward to reading this one! This one also will be being reviewed sometime soon!

Journey to the Well: A Novel

I requested this one from Paperback Swap and was very happy to receive it! I had heard a lot of good things about it and found them all to be true! It was an amazing book that I highly recommend you read! You won't regret picking up this book!

The Bridge of Peace (Ada's House, Book 2)

This is another one I received this past week. I've read a book by Cindy Woodsmall before and enjoyed it and look forward to this one!

What the Heart Sees: A Collection of Amish Romances

I've read two in this 3-in-1 Amish romance novel and enjoyed both of them. I look forward to reading the third in this one! Review coming soon!

Mailbox Monday

This week I only received a few books.

Pearl in the Sand

The first was A Pearl In The Sand by Tessa Afshar, which I have been waiting to read for a LONG time now! I've already finished it and enjoyed it tremendously. I highly recommend this book!

Deep in the Heart of Trouble
Another I received was Deep In The Heart Of Trouble by Deeanne Gist, which I am somewhat nervous about getting into. I read The Measure of a Lady and was greatly disappointed by it, but I heard from another lady who has the same opinion as I do on The Measure of a Lady that this is Gist's one good one, so I thought I'd try it! It awaits being read on my shelf currently - maybe someday I'll get to it; I have so many to read!

A Trail of Ink: The Third Chronicle of Hugh de Singleton, Surgeon (Hugh De Singleton 3)

And lastly, I found A Trail of Ink my Mel Starr in my mailbox. I am eagerly waiting to enter this one - it looks unique and intriguing!

Well that's all I got in the mail this past week - even less is expected this week! But I have a lot of reviews to turn in and then I should start receiving more books again. :-)

Mailbox Monday

Ok I know y'all are probably wondering why I didn't post the winner of Kathi Macias' books Friday - I have a legitimate excuse, I promise. ;) Winner will be posted tomorrow, along with the explanation! :-)

Here's another post I'm starting up this year - Mailbox Monday, which will have a list of books that I've received in the mail in the last week. I always love getting books in the mail!
This past week I received a few books in the mail, to my delight.

Head in the Clouds

Head In The Clouds was suggested to me by many people, so I decided to go ahead and get it from Paperback Swap! I haven't started it yet, but I plan to soon! The cover is beautiful and I look forward to reading it.

The Promises She Keeps

I also received The Promises She Keeps, which I will be reading and reviewing soon. This book looks so intriguing and is by best-selling author Erin Healy who has co-authored a few books with Ted Dekker - one of my all time favorite authors. I can't wait to dive into this one!

A Crown in the Stars (Genesis Trilogy)

A Crown In The Stars came last week, Thursday I believe, and I've already finished it! It was SO good - Kacy Gramckow really did a great job with this one! A review is coming soon!

Book of Days: A Novel

Though I didn't get this one in the mail, I thought I'd mention it anyway. :-) My dearest friend, Katy, got me Book Of Days for Christmas and when I went to visit this past weekend I was finally able to get it. It looks realy good and is another book I look forward to reading. Thanks so much Katy!
